Not a car, but a snake

Well this is the place for non-car stuff, right?

Well then, does anyone in here have a snake thats ever gotten loose and roamed around the house?

I need some help, have torn apart my whole house up and down and can't find him. Its a rosy boa, about 2 ft long and little more than thumbs width. Im thinkin he may have gone downstairs and gotten into the ductowork. any ideas??????

My bro in law had one a lot bigger than that, and it got into the
couch, he had to cut the fabric back to get the snake out.

Just wate, you will hear your neighbor having a fit as your boa
eats her Pomeranian.

They eat mice right? Try putting a mouse in a cage and put it in the middle of the floor, maybe the mouse will lure him out.

Don't worry if you wake up one night with a slight breathing problem. It means he found YOU!

My corn snake got out

she was roaming the house for over a month before she appearred in my son's room early one morning. Probably in the ceiling between the first and second floor.
No harm, no foul.
Glad it was winter time when it happend. She stayed indoors.
Perhaps your boa will appear also.

maybe you can cool the place down, and have one area as a hot spot. It may move there to warm up. Just a thought.

yeah, i set up a rat trap every night, but no bites. I also set up bags and flour in every room so we could hear or see it moviing. nothing. im thinkin maybe he went in the ducts. not sure though. the thing about rosy boas is they are burrowers, not climbers, so he could have gone downstairs, and then downstairs again into the vents. who knows, hopefully he'll just pop out.

thanks guys

My Ball python got loose one time and it was 2 weeks before we were moving out of our house. I found him coiled up around our crock pot in the microwave cart. Just look around in the cabinets (floor Level) look under everything and in everything. Just because you think it is to small of a place for it to go doesn't mean its not there. If its head will fit through the hole of crack then it can fit the rest ot its body in it. Hope you find it.
