Nova leaf springs used on a nine inch?

I have a 71 nova with a 10 bolt in it with the factory leaf springs and I have nine inch rearend that is the correct width for the nova but has no springs does anyone know if the chevy leaf springs will work?

I answered this in your other Post also.
Yes, if the 9" has the correct Spring mounting Pads it will work.
You could remove them from the 10-Bolt Tubes & mount them on the 9" Tubes if the Axle Tubes are the same Dia./size. If not you may be able to grind the Pad's radius larger or you can buy new Mounting Pad fairly cheap.

The 8.5" 10-Bolt Rear is a strong Rear, only difference between it & the 8.875" 12-Bolt is the Ring gear size.

Thanks for help, I have a 71 nova two door that has a nine inch posi with 3.70 or so gear and the springs are two long and will have to weld new hangers. I just got a 70 nova 4 door parts car that has a 10 bolt and I thought it would be easier if I could change over the leafs instead of welding the hangers.
