number stamp on frame

I have a 57 Chevy truck that I have started to work on and as I go I am finding out alot such as the truck is not on the original frame. It appears to be very similar to the stock frame but it does not have the kick up over the rear axle that I have seen in so many pictures and how to articles. I did uncover a stamp on the frame (59K130383) Not sure what it means and don't really want to take a guess at it. I guess my biggest concern is that I am getting ready to start the suspension work and want to make it as easy as possible as I am learning as I go. I want to get one of the bolt in 4 bar kits for the rear but not sure if every thing is going to have that ease of install like the shock mount bar, bolt up location for the bars, etc. Anyway the question is does anyone know what the number translates to or were I can find out ?
