O2 eliminator? any help

has any of yall ever heard or used an O2 eliminator or SIMM? Fastman has one that I can use on my Dodge truck, but I got to wire it to the pigtail of the connector. This way I can install my high flow cat and straight pipe exhaust! full length tail pipes
