hey again, i got a friend who supposedly has a 365hp 327 from a 68 chevelle or camaro. the casting number on the front of the block is TI023HN. ive never seen a code like this. it has double hump heads on it and a cast iron four barrel intake set up for a q-jet i guess.the oil filler is at the front of the intake so i know its a little older. im thinking of buying it off of him but i want to make sure of what it is first. any help is appreciated, thanks

Dont see a 365 hp, there.........................

I doubt if it's the FI motor, unless it has had an intake change.....

I'm thinking with the quadrajet, it is a 300 hp...........just a guess.

Maybe look up the block casting # above the belhousing bolts.

you have to go back to 1965 block casting #3782870,corvette to find the 365,375 h.p ratings but even then the 365 has an HM code.
i have 2 of these motors.

I think the SHP engines came with Winters aluminum intakes.
