Brad, Brad, Brad.... *while I'm shaking my head*...

I figure now that if I had stayed away, I would have gone crazy. Besides, I've done plenty enough to cause myself some serious grief, and now I need a laugh. Here's a short recap of some of what I have done....

While changing the oil in my truck, I dropped the filter into the drain pan. Oiled up my driveway, the underside of the truck, my floorjack, and the jack stand.

I puttied all the nail holes in the trim in a 3,300 square foot house for my bro-in-law. He is a sub-contractor and I work for him on the side. Kinda cool thing about that house, though. While I was puttying the piece at the base of the basement patio door, I looked up to see a doe watching me from less than 2 feet away on the other side of the glass. I could have flicked her nose had the door been open.

I got asked by a co-worker if it's bad to not have oil show up on the dipstick. OOOHHHKKAAAYYY??? Is there a polite way to say , "Here's your sign" and keep a straight face??

I decided that you guys would need a good laugh, so I just had to come back. Also, I see now there's no way that I can leave again and announce it, as evidenced by this thread. I did a lot of thinking about a lot of things while working in that house (it took 4 hours to finish it- what else can you do but think?), and I came to realize who my real friends are. Work might suck, but I could be doing something worse. I have a great wife, pets that are more well-behaved than some kids I've seen (not picking on Brad or nuthin' ), and I'm given the opportunity to come here and possibly help someone else out. I've got it pretty good.

In a while, Chet.

I think that covers the feelings of the majority of the people on this site. Besides that, I'm glad your around so I can read some of the stories about your co-workers.

CHET!

Don't forget to tell him that when the oil light comes on ,just reach up under the dash & pull the light out, that fixes it every time!!

Of course the bulb is dim to start with [no what I mean??]

Here's your sign......

{should be tattooed on his for head}
