Yes, there are kits, contain an adapter to replace the stock filter that has hose ports, a pair of hoses and fittings, and a remote filter mount. Trans-Dapt is one I know of off hand, Moroso, Canton, Fram also has kits, and there are several different companies in Jeg's or Summit.
