oil passage plug

Hi everyone, rebuilt my motor a few years ago with your help, just cant remember if I removed oil passage plug and replaced it afterwards!
Is there a way of checking without stripping motor down?
Sorry if its been covered before but it is difficult to search for!
Thanks in advance

Which one are you asking about, there are several? The three on the back are obvious.

If you take out the oil pressure sending unit (or fitting) that is on top of block, next to the distributor you can insert a small diameter rod or even a coat hanger down the hole. From that end the plug is roughly 8 1/2 inches down. Without the plug the main cap is roughly 10 inches or so.
