oil psi relief valve

does any one know what the psi is for the pressure relief valve on a small block Chevy is

Yu are in the wrong forum for your question. To get more exposure to your question repost it in the engine forum. Give the guys there a lot more information on exactly what engine you are talking about. I assume you are talking about the oil filter pressure relief valve although some older non filter equipped engines just used a valve in the block. A normal modern engine is around 60 psi; although older engines may be less or more? Here is link about every thing you always wanted to know about oil filters:
