Oilcapacity mopar 360

I'm trying to fit in an 360/727 engine in my Dart (original /6) - in the /6 k-member. In order to make the engine fit, I need to modify oilpan and move the oilpump tube and the "oilpan belly" to the center of the engine. This modifications is affecting the total oil capacity and interfere with the dipstick-guide.
Question: what is determining the correct oil-volume in an engine, and how can I figure out whats proper volume in my engine?

i watched a horse power t.v. show called the king fish where they took a 1967 baracuda i think was the yr. and took out the 440 that was in it and replaced it with a new 360 from jegs and changed the K member back to the original one.they got the new K member from a mopar junk yard specifically for the car in mississippi or alabama.i don't remember the name of it but if you go to the horse power t.v. site and look or email them i'm sure they will give you that info..that yard had nothing but mopar stuff and they were very knowledgeable about the subject and ship anywhere in the u.s..you should get what you need to use a regular 4 qt. pan.if not you may have to go to a dual remote filter set-up with qt. can filters for the extra oil capacity.good luck
