Epa Regs

In a lot of places you have to have a secondary containment or leak proof liner to reinstall one. that's why most new lifts are mounted on the floor. also some places you have to use bio degradeable fluid.

well,so much for that..back to not going all the way up. Is anyone experienced in pumping them out ??
