old newbee

Hi, I'm Boomer,
I've been messing around with this hotrod stuff for about 40 years. My brother, two friends and I started back in 1962. That was many years and many cars ago. I now have; a 30 Ford coupe with a 289 and 4-speed, full fenders and hood, 32 shell and grill. A 56 T-Bird with a 400M and 4-speed, 9"rear end, and getting ready to install 67 Mustang discs on the front.
My wife thinks I'm nuts because I can spend all day cruising a wrecking yard. How else are you going to find out what parts might fit what you are working on?
Also I'm in the middle of building a new shop. It's 40X64 with 12' walls, 100 amp 220 volt electrical. The building is up, concrete is in, and the electrical is done. Now comes the fun part, finishing the inside.

Welcome Boomer. People who have never done it don't know what they are missing.
