Can somebody clue me in to why big wheels are so popular? When I was in San Diego I saw so many average cars with big flashy wheels. Many of them on cars worth less than the wheels and tires. Granted the wheels weren't quite as big as the ones on that Crown Vic. If it had "normal" sized wheels it might be a decent looking car...

I've got a few of these running around in my neighborhood. I think the owners are unlicensed "PHARMACEUTICAL SALESMEN" if you get my drift.
Not only are these the ugliest automotive creation ever, but they have no turning radius whatsoever. Don |

I like this term---seems politically correct unlicensed "PHARMACEUTICAL SALESMEN" Some of the terms that come up here---crack me up (need a rolling w/laughter smiley) Bryan |

Are they tractor rims? My dad restores antique tractors, and if these things take off his spare parts supply value just went through the roof!!!!! I will tell him to chrome all the rims that he has left and we will make a fortune.
I am just kidding. That thing made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. CHAZ |

Talking about tractor rims, a set of Divco Milk Truck rims recently sold on Ebay for $ 3000 or so. (2 rims) The rat rod set is using these on the rear of cars, and they have become very desirable and consequently expensive. Story goes that the guy bought them at a garage sale for like $ 20.00 and turned a nice profit on them.

Well i would certainly know what this is uh humm you see i live in the YAY AREA for you old people and people not knowing what this means, it means the BAY area and this is a perfect dicription of a "SCRAAPPER" that is the street lingo for this type of car. Also i think you mean a "street phramisist" and or "doctor". Although this guy seems just ridiculas to you guys too me and any body from my area would exicted to see this car. Also there is a rapper named E-40 and he has a video called "Tell Me When To Go" and if you watch it there is plenty of these cars usually buick park ave's and la sabre's. If you watch this this music video just pay atention to every thing you see because this is a widely growing trend, and it's called the hyphy movement. So pretty soon you might see people like you see in the music video in a neighbor hood near you. HEY HEY dont get me wrong i love my muscle car and hate all these rappers with theres (and yes theres also a couple of songs and a music video coming out about muscle cars from the above rapper i named) because i worked on my car and did everything my self, opose to them just paying in cash for there fix ups or mods.

Is it just me but it looks like those things have the new 3 bolt pattern <JK>. All I see is 3 holes for lugs, like a bowling ball 2 on one side 1 opposite?
