one peice door glass 59 Chev P/U

information on what it takes to convert to one peice door glass, have access to flat gray glass and can cut to patern, what other tricks do I need to know

Make sure that gray glass you have access to is safety (laminated).

Automotive glass needs or HAS to be tempered or safety. You would not want to go down the road with anything else.
