I know someone on here will be able to help you on this.

I only see one thing wrong though, your steering wheel is on the wrong side! :D

Hi murray- I did this on my Henry J- but also went pillarless by welding tops of doors onto body. If you keep the door tops it will be easier- just strip all the stuff in the way of the window travel in the vent window area and install felt channels for the windows (J.C Whitney out of Chicago still has them) or you can get them at swap meets- at least in the states! You will have to make the channel that supports the bottom of the window longer and re-adjust the tracking- or do as me and get an electric window kit. Make a cardboard or masonite template of the new sized window without the vent window- check fit and travel- then have your glass cut. Sounds simple, but you may need to weld in a section of fabbed channel depending on how it looks after all the 'junk' is removed. It is a great look though- take it apart and see if you want to go for it!!!

I take it you basically just want to remove the front and back vent windows.
The front doors look to be relatively simple. The back might have the problem of the dogleg at the bottom of the door. You might just not have the room to lower a full hight window in the back doors.

As for the front doors. the first place I would start is the scrap yard. You'll need some tracks to replace the ones the vent windows provide. Basically look for another set of tracks similar to your lock side tracks. reverse left and right tracks and they should get close with little modification. Since your not going frame-less you shouldn't need the reinforced tracks from frame-less cars but they would work also if thats all you can find. You'll have to fab up a continuance of the window frame down the front to replace what the vent window filled in. Donor doors might fix you up on both accounts.

As for the back windows I would basically start the same but with the dogleg at the bottom you might not be able roll the new window down all the way. Now this is were I would start thinking of going a little farther than most. I would chop the top so that the new shorter windows didn't have to go down as far. Chop the top just enough to make sure the windows clear the dogleg. Don't know for sure if it would look right chopped but I would think about it myself. Then again I'm American and we're all a little off here. Chop the car first before doing the front windows though:P
