paypal WIL NOT refund your money if the seller screws you .... you can order $1000 part, and get a $1 worth of sand, and all paypal will do is check that the shipped SOMETHING to you

as long as the seller submits a tracking number, paypal washes their hands of it

THEN you have to go thru your credit card company just the same as before

if youve had good luck clearing charges made by someone else so far, stick with what your doing

if you dont want to use credit, send money orders

currently a friend of mine has to wait 6 months to get $300 from pay pal because paypal requested INVOICES proving where he got the items he sold .... items that he had laying around the house, spare car parts, airsoft gun and some odds and ends
