oo' and 95' 454's crankshaft sensor same or not

would a crankshaft sensor from a 1995 454 chevy engine, would fit a 2000 454 or would I have to change timing belt and cover or wouldn't fit at all? if somebody can help me will be appreciated

You should use the correct part for the engine. I would be surprised if a 95 sensor would be the same as a 2000. If you are going to tear it apart to change it, put in a new, quality sensor with the correct part #.
A quick look does not even list a crank sensor for a 1995 454

Yes 1995 was OBD1 and didnt use a cranshaft position sensor. Ther 1996-2000 L29 Vortec 454 used a crank sensor and a 4x reluctor, teh 1998-2001 Vortec L21 454 used in medium duty trucks used a 24x reluctor wheel.
