Open or Closed Chamber Heads?

How do you know if heads or open or closed chamber? I have a pair of 351 Windsor heads from the late 70's, they are stock heads. does the year make a difference or all 351 heads the same? and what is 351 heads cc? thanks to anyone who can help.
