WOW I cant believe no one else is putten em out here. Hey Elcaminodragster? The thing i like was that you listed your combo nice for anyone who was thinking of a similar combo. The only thing is it sounds distorted due to the mic being too close to the sound. But it was cool and if i had my car together i would sure be lookin to post it as you have done.

Sounds great. When I change collector gaskets I'll try to remember to get a video/sound clip....and a sound clip of how the homemade mufflers sound.

for the block i used 1200* primer and 500* ceramic enamel from dupli color. the headers i used the same primer and flat black 1200* paint also from dupli color. make sure give it a full 7 days to cure. otherwise it might flake off ive seen it happen.

Note: Tuning

FYI - As a caution..... If your carb is adjusted for full pipes with mufflers and then to take the exhaust off for open headers with out richening your carb - your engine will run lean.

Thanks,My collector gaskets were over a year old(itty bitty pieces when I got the bolts out), so they needed changing, I have had a set of ceramic fiber ones laying around since 4th of July weekend, bought them at a car show, but used them for templets to make the aluminum ones that I put on there this evening
