Get the track's or sanctioning body's rule book and tech your car like you were the tech inspector. Call the track's tech guy with any questions. Everything comes second because if it don't pass you don't race.

Things like rubber fuel line, seat belts, general mechanical condition, driveshaft loops and roll bars depending on the speed of your car. Really you need to get the rule book, there is just too many things to list here and so much is dependant on how fast your car is. I haven't looked to see how sanctions that track but I would get an NHRA or IHRA rule book because the majority of the independent tracks get there rules from these rule books.
