Is this an orphan?

I just completed this restore/custom. Just wondering, is this considered an orphan? It's a 1976 Terra. Thanks

Great looking Farmall Fastback!

I guess I would consider it an orphan. IHC stopped production and nobody picked it up. There is a company that picked up the parts business, but not the complete vehicles.

Now that's an interesting rig. Can you share some details on it? Motor, trans, etc?

Honestly I'm surprized it's not a bucket of rust. Because every International w/that body style I have seen has had more rust then metal on them...

Nice truck though........joe

the best place to look for some of those would be in old city yards i remember my town had a few of them as city trucks.

Sweet! I've never heard of a Terra. I'm guessing it's directly related to a Scout? I've always loved Scouts, right behind 69-72 K5 Blazers.
What engine?

Thank's for the complements. It has the slant 4 cyl, 196 CDI (half of the 392 V-8). This has a Weber carb conversion that required a fuctional hood scoop. Has 97 HP. T-18 4 speed. Rear axle is the Dana 44, 354 gears. Gets 17-20 MPG. I'll be listing it on Craigs list, Ebay, etc as I have too many riggs. I try to build 1 truck a year than I sell it to build another, never made a dime doing it. Been thing of taking it to some car shows, I know some of them have an orphan class.
