OSPHO or sandblast
I do not want to take the body tub off of the frame on my 8, should i sandblast the under side, or just use Ospho, then coat with either under coating or POR15?

I'd blast it,epoxy,quality bedliner it. That way it's cleaned,sealed,protected.
Comes down to how much work you want to do.
