OTC monitor 2000 diagnostic

Hello there car people

My brother has a monitor for which he needs to find some operating instructions. He knows how to work it but needs a listing of codes and their related meanings. It is an OTC monitor 2000 and he is using a Pathfinder cartridge 79-94, if that helps. I'm sorry I'm not the person that knows about this stuff, but he does not have an online acct, so I'm trying to help him. We tried the company, but they do not offer the manuals online, nor will they sell him one because you have to be a member of something. Can anyone help me with finding an online copy of the operating instructions for this?

The pathfinder II ( 1979-1993 ) uses the codes specific to the vehicle manufacture.. and you should have the vin chart cards in the pouch on the back of the monitor.... I do have a monitor 2000 and the pathfinder II cartridge and manual, and I can try to give you specific information you may need.. but your best bet is to get the manual off Ebay. there only about $10 for the cartridge and kit both... I bought my stuff from this guy. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/OTC-P...motiveQ5fTools

Thank you Matt - I will pass the info along. I'll check out E-bay, too.
