The Outer Limits

Is the Big Block Chevy about the size as the LS motors. I know the Big Block is heavier?

Google or search "engine dimensions" and browse to your hearts content. But, basically, a big block is about an inch or two larger in all dimensions tha either a mouse or an LS.

Mounts

Thanks for the info that was great! This is way I ask, everyone is putting LS motors in jeep TJ's that and Hemi's. I wanted to know if a big block would fit? Smart move maybe not. But I owned all types of small blocks and one big block a 396/350hp all stock with Qjet. That thang left a lasting impression on me and my friends. It ran great all day long. My small block were avg. In chevelles but my 70 chevelle with 396 was the quickest. It's all about the Torque!
