I have an Outlaw '41 Willys body & frame package that is currently into bodywork and paint. I am very satisfied with their product and have had no surprises construction-wise.
Did you get your Outlaw "used"? It didn't sound like you ordered this direct from the factory.
There are no instruction manuals for these body/frame packages if that's what you're looking for. Outlaw is very helpful and will give you any technical assistance you need regarding their products. The best advice I can give you is to call them, tell them the body/frame number and they can verify when it was built and any other particulars. They may even have some general guidelines regarding finishing fiberglass etc.
If there is something specific that you are looking for, please post that question and the many talented body/engine/suspension,etc. people on this website will be glad to respond.
