oval port vs rectangle port

I have a 454 BBC I'm having rebuilt .60 over with a cam, roller rockers, and dual quad carbs... I was wondering which heads would be a better selection for my motor, oval ports or rectangle ports?

you might list what you are going to be doing with it. Towing, drag, DD, circle track, or a Saturday Night Cruiser?
