oval port vs rectangle port
I have a 454 BBC I'm having rebuilt .60 over with a cam,roller rockers,and dual quad carbs... I was wondering which heads would be a better selection for my motor,oval ports or rectangle ports?

you might list what you are going to be doing with it. Towing, drag, DD, circle track, or a Saturday Night Cruiser?

you want oval ports- any aftermarket or 781s or 049s
think rects for race only have you bought pistons yet?

No because I've just recently purchased the motor & have yet to have it gone thru... Won't no real racing be done with this car so I guess ovals it is
