what trans do you have now? What engine now? Lots of variables.
I'll take a guess at a V8 and a TH350. If so, the TH350 "should" have a 9" tail housing. If it does, the 700R4 is a bolt in swap. Drive shaft stays the same, cooler lines stay the same but may need metric adaptors, not sure.
Crossmember stays the same as does the mount. Shift linkage is the same but you'll need to remember where the indicator ends up since you are adding one more detent.
Kickdown cable will need to be changed to a TV cable and you MUST have it set correctly. You may or may not need a new TV cable bracket at the rear of the carb. You may or may not need to correct the carb linkage geometry, depends on what carb you are running.
Lockup can be done many ways, from a simple switch on the dash, to a vacuum operated model that kicks OD in at a set vac reading and in 4th gear only, if you buy that specific one. Again, lots of choices, all of which work.
