Overiding VSS cutoff

Is there a way to overide the vss fuel cutoff? my car shuts off at 110, its a 90 rs with a tbi 305 soon to get a tpi 350

That setting is in the chip in your ECM, some of the aftermarket chips delete this from the "program". If the TPI conversion is coming soon, you might want to wait since you'll be changing the ECM with that conversion anyway. E-bay's a good source for chips. ~$20 or so.
