I decided to take this week off work to "decompress" when the kids went back to school. So, I took a road trip up to the top of Texas to go see Owens Salvage yard in Wellington Texas.

What a place! I told Bob Owens the only words I could use to describe it was a treasure trove. Bob himself is one of the nicest fellas I've met, it really was a pleasure dealing with him. He was kind enough to allow me access to the yard where I wandered for quite some time in total awe of the place.

You name it and he's probably got it there.

He told me he pretty much ships anywhere and he will be who I call from now on when I need stuff.

I also ran across these when I took a scenic route back home. I think they were on some back road near Electra. No owner info or contact info on these I'm afraid otherwise I would have made note and posted.
