OMG My hands feel like I stuck them in glass I got so many metal spinters.
Had to cut off the two broken bolts that are welded into a chevy manifold, and then drill the holes out. Only problem was I forgot to wear any gloves ain: Got so many spinters in my fingers that it hurts to touch anything!
He just has to work past it.
Takes time for hands to harden up.
Hey Kid, soak um in ATF tranny fluid twice a day.
Get an old vegatable box and fill it with sand.
When the box has warmed in the sun drive your hands into the sand, oiling frequently, for a half hour, twice a day.
If your calluses get too thick and start to crack, Smooth them with 100 grit sandpaper rolled araound one finger.
It's often best to keep one or two finger pads sanded down so you can feel small stuff.
Still picking little bits out of my skin, but I have to wait until I feel it sting, lol. Thought I had some in my eye, but turned out I was just paranoid, and YES I do wear eye protection, I want to be able to see later on in life.
What are you all drinking, is it in the water, is it contagious? All the bad luck and now, add broken bones and splinters.
We need a good luck dance!
