60103 Painless
Hey Man, I read the instruction manual for your late TPI (90-92) (60103) wiring kit. It uses the VSS signal that is a sine wave output. One wire from the VSS connects to a yellow wire from the kit harness, the other wire connects to a purple wire labeled VSS from the kit harness. Neither wire is grounded. On the early TPI kit (86-89)(60102) the VSS signal is square wave output where one wire is grounded and the other connects to a brown wire labeled VSS from the kit harness. olnolan

I got some info from Painless. Like it's been said the yellow and purple wires hook to the pulse generator. You have to add a wire from the ECM at BB11. This is a VSS output of 4000ppm.
Thanks for the help |
