paint remover

Does anybody know if paint remover will kill my grass, or ruin a concrete driveway? I just bought a can of Citrastrip paint remover. Tried it on some small parts, and it works pretty good, but not as fast as others I've used. You just have to let it work.
Sure smells better than the others.
