Your welcome. It's a no-no to put Bondo over paint, it will eventually let go. When you do get around to painting it for good, I would do the body work at that point. Your best bet IMO is when you get to the point you are ready to fix it for good, is to strip it down to bare metal. Once it is stripped to bare metal do all your body work, primer, block sand, primer, block sand till all imperfections are covered then paint.
