Rainy days are THE BEST time to paint in a garage, all the dust outside is kept down.....
TIPS:
Hose your floor down and let it dry ...
painting on a wet floor can cause its own set of problems...
if its getting late wait,at night the bugs come out and they love fresh paint...
Mix your paint and use your wax&grease remover right before you paint to get any moisture of the parts as an added precaution....
USE A TACK RAG ....You can get one at any hardware store....
