Painting new floors

I've just completed installing new floors and firewall in my 39. What is the best product to put on this to seal it and cover/fill small pin holes here and there. I will be using some kind of sound/temp barrier before the interior goes in, but need to seal the whole thing up.
Thanks

Give it a good coat of Spi epoxy and seal all your weld seams before you put on the sound deadner and you should be fine.
