Thanks for pointing this out. I do follow directions and I had good experience with POR15. Why? Cause I followed directions and used it over rusted metal and it has held up fine for 10+ years now. There's a few people including on here who blame the product but when you ask them if they used it over rusty metal they will answer "no, do I have to?"
