Can anybody tell me if you can shoot polyurethane clear over polyurethane clear? Painted car two days ago, got a lot of trash in the clear, afraid I did'nt put enough clear on. If so, do I need to scuf first, if so, what do I use?

Yes, but you must sand first with 400-800 best safe range.

Next time put additional coat of clear, that way you can safely wetsand it and buff it out without burning through.

You'll get your best finish by sanding and reclearing,
it's done all the time, on purpose.
It's called a "flow coat"
