painting a rat rod

I am looking for the cheapest flat black paint to use on my rat rod. Can be for farm equipment or automotive. Can you recommend?

It was less than $30 when I bought it. The thinner was around $5.00.

It has a long shelf life. I could stir this up and still use it.

I shot this with flat enamel from Car Quest. About $30 a gallon. And I still have about half of it left.

Oh, and its held up well so far (five years).
