I am putting a Trunk in my '35 (they didn't have one), and I am having to bond some reinforcements, Dzus receptacles and such inside of my finished body work (poor planning on my part)-
Anyway, I went over to the Company Body Shop and asked what they use, then I went ot the local Paint store and got this: http://www.lord.com/Home/ProductsSer...0/Default.aspx 99.9% of everything on my Car is welded (some Mig, some Tig), but this stuff is amazing-after I put it on, I took a Hammer to see if it truly stuck, and it does-I really like it-by the way, I used the Fusor 110B (fast dry time)-I spent plenty of time prepping nad fitting everything and the 5-7 minute set-up time was plenty- |
