Cool, I figured Id be able to sew through it. Ive used the ABS but never expanded PVC. I was just worried about the strength of it, when I here foam board It makes me think of that stuff that you see at craft stores with the thin layer of foam sandwiched between two layers of paper, its used for displays and stuff. I guess Ill try it out and just compare the differences between the ABS and PVC, PVC sounds like its a lot easier to use plus its cheaper. As long as its not cardboard Im happy. I have a TAP Plastics thats local so Ill probably go there. Thanks for the help.
