parts

My mom has a 90s van I believe and well its been sitting in her property 4 3years or so and she decided to junk it ...we'll I happen to have a 1963 chevy c10 that I been working on off and on. The other day I was thinking well if she is going to junk it I might as well get all the parts off that I can use 4 my truck. What are some of the parts that I might be able to use

Well, if you have room to store it, might not hurt the keep the drive train. Engine, trans., and maybe the rear end, if they're any good. Also any small parts you can use such as mirrors, bucket seats, etc. It's up to you to decide what you might be able to use on your C10, or any other project you might have in mind, down the road. The problem usually is storage space. I'm a pack rat so don't like to throw anything away, but keep running out of space. Perfect example is the project I'm working on now. Kept the front inner plastic fenders from a donor car for a couple of years, finally chucked them. Recently I had to fabricate new metal ones for the project I'm working on. I think I could have used the plastic ones.

Maybe if you identify the van, make and year, someone will know if the rear end is worth saving. In any case it won't likely fit without mods. Same with cross member.
