Parts washing

Just finally getting a chance to get back into the hobby after having kids, job changes and moving around. I sold my '56 to my dad and with the proceeds I got a frame sandblasted and bought a parts washer and sandblast cabinet at HF, and I did some work getting outlets and lighting in my detatched garage.

So now I've got everything set up. With the parts washer, I tried the easy route and bought the concentrated degreaser they have at HF. I used to be more used to a solvent or kerosene or stuff like that, is this stuff going to do the job for cleaning off suspension parts and stuff like that? ('55 Mercury, so it's had plenty of decads of dirt and grease collecting.

I have found "Super Clean" to do an amazing job, I recommend it. I get mine at my local Ace Hardware.

Buy SuperClean Tough Task Cleaner-Degreaser 101723 at Advance Auto Parts

Just two cents but a pressure washer gets a lot of the thick gunk off and saves a bit of work..
