Pass Front Tire out of alignment?

So I've been having a problem where my passenger tire is rubbing on the rear of the fender and making terrible noises, especially with anyone in the car. I measured to wheel to the fender (at the bottom) Drivers side is 3.75ish inches, no rubbing whatsoever even with 4 people in the car. Passenger side is 2.9ish inches, rubs like crazy with anyone in the car and on hard turns by myself.

Is there any way to move the wheel forward, towards the front of the car? No idea what the problem is.. I've had the same tires on it for 4 years and it started midway through last summer. Most of the suspension is within 3 years old. I replaced the body mounts at the end of last summer, after it had been rubbing. Which helped slightly and doesn't rub anywhere now except the rear of the wheel well.

The car is a first gen Camaro.
