I looked for a long time for those and came to the conclusion that no one is currently making them. Sure would be nice though since that's the are that rusts out first. I had to trash two good front fenders because they needed patches and wound up buying new glass fenders to replace them. A simple patch panel would have saved me some big bucks.

Thanks Centerline for the comment!! I dont know why nobody has not reproduced that part?? My fenders are in good shape but one side has been fixed and has some major filler in it.. I just wanted to replace with a new patch panel to be on the safe side.

THANKS

If that's all you need I'd look for a good used fender at a swap meet and either use that or cut a patch from it. When I was looking for good used fenders I couldn't find them anywhere in the Midwest (which was where I was living at the time). Sure enough, right after I bought my glass fenders I found three pairs at the next big swap meet. You can never find them till you don't need them. Then they're all over the place.

BG,

Have you considered making a patch panel yourself? Lots of information over on Metalmeet.com about doing so. In fact the International MetalMeet gathering is being held in Oblong, IL this past week and will be concluding on Tuesday. A number of patch panels were made by those fairly new to metal shaping.
Perhaps you could hook up at one of the regional meets in Illinois to get some help in making the panel.
