I put a Paxton on my 289 about 10 years ago, it’s held up fine. Makes about 7 psi boost at 6K rpm. You will want a rev limiter to keep from getting carried away, it will want to rev to the stratosphere! Im using a 650 BG Mighty-Demon in the box.
