PCV help for supercharged sbc
I am just about done building a 383 sbc with weiand 177 supercharger. I am running a Holley carb that was recommended for this setup. My problem is the PCV routing. I have vintage valve covers with moon breaters on both sides. A buddy suggested I drill and tap a hole in the fuel pump block off plate and run the hose to the hose fitting at the base of the carb with a PCV valve in line. Has anyone else set one up this way and does anyone have an opinion on this??? I realy don't want holes in the valve covers if possible.
Thanks, Toolmansson |

get breathers that have vac line fittings on them, tie them togther with vac line, and T them to manifold vac, that should work ok. if you have breathers, you don't need a PCV.

Lose one of the breathers and install a PCV.
