In either case, you should run a PCV on a street car. Dual breathers tend to make quite a mess. There really are no cons to running a PCV (IMO). You need to get rid of that crank case pressure and on the street a PCV is the easiest and best way.
on a proper running car there is no con to running a pcv. they get rid of building crankcase pressure. its not like it will ruin your intake charge. its the EGR you dont like, the PCV is your freind
The header evac system is better than the pcv but there is a new kid on the block. The new system is a crankcase evac pump. It bolts on the front of the motor and runs off a pulley. It actually sucks the pressure out of the crank case. This alleviates the ring blow by pressure that acts on the bottom of the piston and increases HP over the header evac system.
