PCV routing question

I should change my user name to 'Rookie'. Another question on my 283. Can anyone advise or direct me to a good source of info, preferably with pictures, as to the correct or ideal routing & connections of lines/hoses for the PCV system on a SBC? I would really like to tap into the old road draft tube on the rear of the block, so, any ideas on that would be great. Thanks in advance.

PCV adapter (above) screws into hole where draft tube was. PCV valve screws into carb base (pipe thread). Hose connects them. Be sure your oil filler cap is the filter-type.
