pcv/tranr vacuum

quick question: should the pcv and trans vacuum line be hooked to ported or manifold vacuum. th350 trans, q jet carb

The PCV hose hooks to the large port on the front of the carb towards the top. The vacuum line to the tranny should hook up to a port off the intake manifold behind the carb. Be sure to use the metal line that runs to the tranny modulator from the intake as it will collapse if you use rubber hose all the way down. Use 3" of hose to connect the line at each end.
