Pedal ratio
 

I need to build a pedal and master cylinder bracket for a street rod..we are using a manual master cylinder and need to get some Idea on the pedal ratio so we can draw up a plan for this thing..the bracket will incorporate the pedal and mastercylinder mount and the whole works will then be bolted to the chassis in the appropriate spot..

Check out wilwood, I used the single pedal with the duel master clyinder. They also have hanging assemblys

Most factory manual brakes had a 6:1 pedal ratio...

I usually make my brackets and pedals so that the ratio can be changed if needed. Manual discs take a bit more ratio, at least 6 :1, maybe more.
